About us
Prior to now, our organization has been mainly funded by the generosity of one individual. We feel that to continue this important work, the base of our support must be expanded in a number of new directions. Thus, we are looking at multiple avenues of fund raising, as well as a wide variety of charitable organizations.
The organization expenses, as well as the actual distribution of grants funds, are managed by the organization's Board President and Founder, who supervises the volunteer staff, and deals with the various trapping and clinic arrangements, with oversight from current Board officers.
Currently, we are working with local veterinarians to establish the best methods of treatment for our rescued animals, and the most cost-effective approach to large scale sterilization programs. In addition, we are working with various local business concerns to attract other sources of revenue and charitable funding.
